It is hard to get good college for MS at this score. However, you can try for PGDM in Chetana's/SIES. You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

MAT is exam is not accepted for MS seats. However, it is accepted for OMS seats (15%).

For MMS- Wait until notification of CAP Process. Mostly that notification will out by mid-day.
For PGDM- see respective college websites to fill the application forms.

As the cut-off for MMS is high, it is tough to get MMS on this score.

Yes, you are eligible for MMS course. The basic criteria is graduation.
