MS would be most convenient for you have plenty of choices for specialisation.
Take CA only if you are very much interested in audit and taxation, as it is quite tough.

Hey Kushagra,
The break up of seats is as follows.
CAP Round:
Christian Minority (Roman Catholic): 31 seats
Non-Minority: 17 seats
Institute Level seats: 12
If you score more then 80 percentile in XAT, you will have a fair chance of getting an admission in Don Bosco Institute of Management & Research.

Hello Ashwini,
Yes, you can apply for JBIMS or top 5 colleges through the CAP process conducted by DTE as long as you meet the required eligibility criteria. To check the details about eligibility criteria, please visit the below link:
http://fileserver.mkcl.org/MBA2017/OasisModules_Files/Files/187.pdf?.
Regarding your education gap, you will need to provide a gap certificate as per the prescribed format given by DTE or the institute in which you get admission. Also, your gap will not affect your placements if you are able to explain the reason behind your education gap.
All the Best!

MMS (Masters in Management Studies) is a state university degree whereas MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is offered by private institutes.

The major reasons why the cutoffs for the MMS course of various reputed colleges are high as compared to PGDM, are due to the less availability of seats and absence of the interview rounds(GD-PI).

Having work experience and then going for a course is a good option. Every where experience matters a lot. So, I would suggest you to gain some experience and then go for further studies.
