Hello,
The cut off cannot be predicted as it completely dependent on the difficulty level of the exam. However, for last year cut off was 99.92 percentile (125 marks). For next year also, you can expect the cut off to be around 99.92 percentile as there will not be any substantial change in the cut off.
You can check the cut off previous year cap round one from the below link:

If you would like to check the cut offs of subsequent cap rounds, then do visit the below link:

MBA consists of two subdivisions i.e MMS and PGDM.
MMS is done through the University and PGDM is certified by a college.
Hence MBA and MMS-IT are the same things, so if that is where your interest lies then you should go for it.

HR is diverse and definitely provides challenging roles. The growth is slow compared to other specializations like finance and marketing. Whereas others depend on data, market, customer analysis, HR depends on people analysis. Nowadays there are various challenging roles in talent acquisition and learning and development.
One should opt a specialization depending on how feasible it will be for them in their future.

Savitribai Phule Pune University is a better college for MMS program. The job opportunities offered are very good. The faculty members are very experienced and qualified and the teaching quality is high. The level of discipline and standard is of higher level. Grooming of the students along with personality development, recognizing the weakness and transforming them into their strength is also done. It is a well reputed college where recognized companies come for placements.
