No you can not get MNIT Jaipur. The eligibility criteria of MNIT Jaipur is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 75% of aggregate marks with PCM or should in top 20 percentile of respective board. 65% aggregate marks for SC/ST.

The eligibility criteria of M.Tech Part time of MNIT Jaipur is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/AMIE in appropriate discipline with specified minimum 60% of marks.
2. At least one year regular service in the institute for working employees of MNIT.
3. Candidate working under various sponsored projects in MNIT.

The best college as compared to Malaviya National Institute of Technology. There are many reason to vote for VIT Chennai for B.Arch course. The big reason is that it is the only private college in India, where 90% of faculty members have Ph.D. degrees.
