Hello Sanjeev,
I am assuming you to be of general category. As for the first time percentile system is applied so I cannot tell you a fixed score but yes 96+%ile can work here. Last year's cut-off was around 4500 rank. For more details, click on the link below:

All of the 3 colleges which you mentioned are the technical institutes providing best of the technical exposure to there students and know-how. These institutes does have management programs but are average in providing you with any good management skills and exposure. They will give you placement but the company might not be of your core MBA specialisation (Marketing, HR, Finance etc. ). So in my opinion opt for a good Business School for the MBA course.

You are eligible for application, but in this percentile you can not get MNIT, Jaipur. Your percentile should be greater than 95.

There are less chances to go into this college. As there are already a few seats for architecture and this institute has the cut-off rank of 1721 for outside state students.
You may check Shiksha College Predictor to get more idea of which college you can get.
You can opt for any other college. Hope you do well in your future. Wish you all the very best.

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using Shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
