Chances are very slim, almost negligible. With these marks and considering your board to be CBSE, you may get a rank within 60000-80000 AIR. The maximum you can expect is Civil Engineering from NIT Mizoram or NIT Meghalaya. I suggest you drop a year and study hard to secure better marks and get a better college. Your JEE Main score is poor and can't get you anything good.

See, on basis of marks no one can tell whether you will get MNIT or not if your rank is under 20000 then you will get metallurgy branch if it is 19000, then you will get chemical and so on for civil, mechanical, electrical electronics and CS I hope you got the point.
