It doesn't mean there is no job at core, there's so many but it takes time to have good salary there.
If anyone pursues MS from any foreign university after B.Tech, they are also paid a much handsome salary.
One high salary option is teaching in Made Easy but you have to qualify IES for that.
Keep these things in mind and keep going.

Last year (2k17), my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE Board and he belongs to OBC category, his Gen Rank was 9243 and OBC Ran was 3800, still he didn't get any college. So, I think for a general candidate, the score must be above than 250 if board marks are not included.
Thanks.

All the NITs are equally good and holds a good placement record as well. NIT Rourkela is good enough for Computer Science and engineering. It has a good infrastructure, and good faculty members as well. It holds a good placement record. The companies like Dell, Microsoft, SAP Labs, Direct, PwC India, Goldman Sachs, HP, NCR Corporation, Oracle Apps, Cloud, Financial Services, Samsung, Ericsson So placement wise its good that's the only thing that matters in the end and academics wise it completely depends on you. The average package is around 7-8 LPA. The highest package is around 11-12 LPA which can also increase more. In NIT Allaha

You are not eligible for NIT's. Try for state government engineering colleges.
