I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing Android Development course.
Android Development course is a certification course and not a degree course with diploma courses being provided in a few colleges. But none is worth a full time investment. I would recommend you to opt for a computer-related degree course (B.Tech or BCA or B.Sc (IT or CS)). Pursue a course on Android Application Development alongside the regular degree course from a reputed computer training institute like NIIT.
I hope this answers your question to your satisfaction. If so, kindly upvote this answer. If you have any further questions, kindly

I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing mobile application development. I would like to inform you that mobile application development is a certification course and not a Diploma or degree course that is covered by any college. Such courses are covered by computer coaching institutes. Therefore, you can contact a computer coaching institute for the same. NIIT would be a good option in this case.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

After completing B.Tech or B.E in computer engineering, get practical training in the field of game development. Once, if you have successfully completed your training, then you can make your career as a game developer.
