To become mobile application developer you may get enrolled for Android or IOS but from my experience you should know JAVA well before you get into mobile application developer.

Most of the smartphones are compatible with JAVA application. So, for a start, you can pursue a JAVA course. JAVA also forms the foundation for an android application. Android smartphones are the most used smartphones in today's world. If you wish to spread your application on android smartphones, you can proceed further with the android programming. If you wish to extend, it reaches till windows phones, then you need to pursue the dotNet course.

After completing class 12th, I would suggest you to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT/ AIEEE.
