SRM-Modinagar and COER are good colleges. COER has good faculty members. But in private I would suggest Galgotias University. The faculty members are experienced and the environment is mostly calm because of the location as well as the crowd. The placements are also good. You can also consider sharda for a better crowd.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is quite better than SRM university NCR campus as this is a single campus which has 61th rank in all the colleges by NIRF.

No SRM is ragging free university.

It's a decent college. You can go for it.
