Electronics and Communication Engineering
The Electronics and Communication Engineering Dept. Imparts strong theoretical foundations and practical learning to the students on electronic devices as well as rigorous training in research, design, and development of such devices, and their broad-based applications. The Laboratory is well-equipped with sophisticated test setups, ranging from basic communication system to advanced communication system like optical fibre system, mobile communication system and digital network. Analog Laboratory
The laboratory is fully equipped with the latest test and measuring instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzer, Pulse generators, Function Generators, Analog and Digital IC Tester and Digital Multi-meters. Microprocessor & Microcontroller Laboratory
The Laboratory enables students to learn about hardware and programming of processors and facilitates the students to work with micro controllers. Microwave & Antenna Laboratory

It is supported by 34 IBM systems with state of art CAD tools and one IBM server. Digital Electronics Laboratory

Forensic science is the use of scientific procedures and the examination of scientific information to assist the legal and law enforcement systems. Bachelors degree programme in forensic science offers a well-balanced education in mathematics and science, including statistics, biology, and chemistry. Bachelors degree programme in forensic science combines lecture and laboratory classes and may include internships and exposure to crime laboratories and related agencies.
At Mody University: A pass in 10+2 examination of CBSE, or its equivalent from any recognised board. The candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics at 10+2 or equivalent stage.

Mody University is the best as compared to any other to expand the global opportunities to women students. Mody University has forged more than 20 international collaborations with renowned foreign universities de Nantes, France, Ecole Des Mines de Nantes, France, Stony Brook University (USA), University of Missouri (USA), University of North Texas (USA) and Florida International University (USA) to name a few. Many of our students are regularly selected for paid internships and research fellowships by noted foreign institutes. For example, 04 students won the prestigious summer internship at CERN (European Centre for Nuclear Research), Geneva, Switzerland, 01 students selected for a full-time fellowship at GSI, Germany, 02 students from Nuclear Technology went to Ecole de Nantes, France for a one-year internship. Last year 12 students of B.Tech went to France & USA for a summer internship and 2 students of M.Tech were selected for training in Nuclear Security for one month in the USA with all expenses paid including travel. Next summer, we are planning to send about 25 students abroad for internships. The GE foundation, USA (JFWTC) had offered four scholarships to our B.Tech. Students.
