Yes, IISER Mohali offers scholarships to KVPY scholars as well as INSPIRE scholarships to candidates enrolled through the JEE Advanced and SCB channels. Fellowships are also offered to PhD and integrated PhD students.

Admission to M.S., M.Pharma, M.Tech, M.B.A., and Ph.D. programs is offered by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research SAS Nagar. Candidates must take the NIPER JEE entrance test and receive a passing mark in order to be admitted to the NIPER Mohali PG programs. Candidates must pass the NIPER JEE and then the interview in order to be admitted to the NIPER Mohali Ph.D programs. The number of students enrolled in PG programmes ranges from 42 to 152. There are four seats available for the NIPER Mohali Ph.D. program.

Only full-time options are available for NIPER Mohali courses. M.S., M.Pharm, M.Tech, and M.B.A. programs are offered at NIPER Mohali. The NIPER Mohali PG courses last two years.
