I don't think you can do that because if you are not listing other colleges in your application, you can't get admission there. NTA shares candidates' scores with the universities they selected during the application process.

The eligibility criteria for PGCET full-time MBA is as follows:
The candidate must have secured a recognised Bachelor's degree (3 years minimum duration) or should have passed an equivalent examination.
