For under graduation degree, the requirement is 55% in academic and IELTS is of 6 band only. Hence you are eligible to get admission, you can try in all the colleges or universities.

Sorry but your IELTS score is not sufficient to get admission in any colleges in Canada. Re-attempt IELTS and try to score minimum 6 in each component.

Hi Karanvir, Earlier, it was SPP. Find the updated list here

SPP has been replaced by SDS, so now instead of SPP you must apply through SDS and you can apply to any university or college under SDS.

It will be a complicated process, you can change your university within the same province but a different province will be challenging. Each province also has their own education rules so you better check with CIC or an authorized visa personnel before you land yourself in trouble. Read some information here:

The query you are asking sounds good from a 15 year old confused teenager. It is not quite clear as to what you are asking. If you are asking, then this is absolutely your choice. We are not aware of your plans and what you want to do in future. Know your own career goals and decide what you want.
