No,NEET-MS is an entrance exam for admission into M.Ch. (Master of Chirurgiae) courses in India, which is a postgraduate-level super specialty programme in surgery. MPH (Master of Public Health) is a different course and requires a different entrance exam. You need to appear for entrance exams like NEET PG or AIIMS PG for admission into MPH courses in India.
