Hello,
One of the biggest concerns most students have is whether or not they'll need to take entrance exams for an MPH programme. While these exams can cause quite a bit of stress for most students, the reality is that the vast majority of Master of Public Health programs do require an entrance exam for admission. Click on the link for more details:-https://www.masterspublichealth.net/faq/are-there-any-entrance-exams-to-get-into-an-mph-program/. Thank you.

Hello,
It is indeed very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your Ph.D in public health or epidemiology, which are indeed very good subjects to pursue your research. Firstly, it is best to check with your teachers where you did MPH, as to availability of guide. Once it is confirmed, then you can follow the procedure required like clearing your entrance exam for Ph.D, and then deciding on the subject. Best wishes to you for your success in Ph.D.

Hi, Scope After MPH - It is a dicey arena as of now. It's in very early stage of development. Career opportunities are plenty but they don't pay high salaries and work is never ending. Many MNCs NGO hire public health professionals for their CSR's and other project. So job opportunities are exponentially increasing. In early stages the salary may not be at par with other professionals but as you climb the ladder things become much more simpler. Now coming to SPPU placements - The Placements are overall good in other courses, but in Public Health area the results not very satisfactorily.
