To become a drug inspector one need to complete his graduation in pharmacy(B.pharma). Also graduates in medicine with microbiology specialisation can also apply for the exam.minimum 3years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing sector of pharma product is necessary to compete in the exam.
Generally, the exam is conducted by state public service commission/UPSC. question pattern includes general awareness, general knowledge, current affairs, mental ability, logical reasoning. one paper is purely technical aspects of drugs(subject paper) based on B.Pharma syllabus.
