Yes, you can get seat in MSU Baroda. They accept NATA score. As your NATA score is good, you will be able to manage a seat in MSU, Baroda. As you mentioned, you have good marks, so you can get a seat in either 1st or 2nd round. Apply from the official website of The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. You will be called for counseling as your eligibility meets the requirements.

With this score in JEE Mains Paper 2, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the government colleges. You have to go with private institutes only, in order to pursue B.Arch.
