It depends on the course that you select and decide to pursue. MBA is better, if you want to pursue Management and M.Com is better, if your interest lies in Finance.

GTU or Gujarat Technical University is the topmost tech authority in the state. MSU provides both certification depending on the course. Both share equal value.

Candidates must have passed Gujarat HSC/CBSE/ICSE Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination from the Science stream with English as one of the subjects. The test's marks are relative to every year.

I'm sorry to say but MSU gives admission to those candidates who have scored 100+ in NATA.
I hope you understand my point.
Take admission in any other private college or university.

Chances of getting admission in MSU are less as you have got 97 marks in NATA exam. Above 90 marks are considered to be eligible for counselling in B.Arch colleges. So go for the counselling of MSU.
