The difference between PGDM (HR ) & MSW (HR) is PGDM is Post graduate Diploma while MSW is Master Course.

It depends where your interest lies. You can either register for MSW as the criteria is graduation. ICWAI has 3 stages, it depends on your caliber and potential during the course. So, choose wisely.

If you are looking for a career in the corporate world than MBA (in HR) is the best option. As it deals with a business aspect of HR. People management, employee management, and recruitment/counseling are some of the common subjects in MBA (HR).
MSW (HR) is more of fundamentals of human management. If you are looking to join an NGO or social welfare organization than MSW (HR) is a better option.
