No, the university does not conduct any entrance tests for MSW course admission. Admission to the PG-level course is merit-based. Hence, the aspirant’s merit in the UG degree is taken into consideration. Additionally, it is also compulsory that the students meet the eligibility criteria. Hence, the applicant must have a valid UG degree from a recognised university.

BAOU allows admission to either the first or second year of the course. Candidates taking admission in the first year should have a valid bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. While for the students taking admission in the second year, a PGD in social work after graduation from a recognised university is necessary.
