The Master of social work (MSW) is a postgraduate level course in social work. This program aims at the development of the society and it is basically intended for individuals who are interested to work for the society; particularly in the wellbeing as well as development of old age people and children with the NGOs. Both the courses are good. MSW gives more exposure on the development sector side whereas MBA (HR) gives exposure more on the corporate side. Thus, keeping in mind your long term career goals as to in which sector you want to work you need to decide on the course.
