But many universities conduct an entrance exam for admission to the PG courses. Hence you will have to appear for clear this test of your intended university. For admission in MSW, you need to have graduation in the discipline of Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Science with 50% marks. Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC as per rules. You can directly apply to the college. The university will conduct Entrance Examination.

I think the MSW courses are not available in Bengali.
You can look for the books in Bengali in the college.

MSW provides a more holistic view in terms of social work & HR principles whereas MBA HR gives a general overview on HR processes & principles. The admission process is also simpler in MSW, whereas MBA HR admission is based on CAT scores.
