It completely depend upon the career you want, to be very specific I am talking about career and not job!
If you want to have a career in the field that you are already in, depending upon your area of interest, you should surely go for MCA or MSW.
When it comes to MBA, MBA is more about the lifestyle than anything specific, it is a generalized course that teaches you to work hard and survive in the corporate in the sector. Your specialisation will decide your specific sector.
You being from computer background can surely go for operations.

At PSG, there are three specialisations - HR, medical in psychiatry and community organisation but the admission process is same for all three. In first year the classes will be common and in second year students are allowed to choose any one among these three.

Known to my knowledge, it is better to do at Chicago University, as its opportunities are high for exposure. Most of the universities don't entertain international students for social work in the country as it's mostly related to the respective country. My suggestion would be, instead of Master's course, you can do research studies in aboard after having an idea of social work in India.
