You can get any branch in engineering depending upon the college. You cannot get admission in any government or semi-government university based upon your 42793 rank. But yes, you can gok for private universities.

For IT, your MU-OET rank should be above 15000.

You can get branches like EEE, industrial and production, instrumentation and control, biomedical, biotechnology, automobile etc.

You can't get CSE or mechanical with this score. You will get some lower branches like IP, PMT and ICT.
