Hi Shekhar,
The candidates must have passed 10+2 with 60% in aggregate (English+3) with English as a mandatory subject. Selection would be done on the basis of the index calculated with the board marks in +2 level. Application forms are to be filled in & submitted online through the college website.

Candidate must have completed three-year Diploma in relevant branches of Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/ university/ board recognized by AICTE or

Dear Akash, it is not a new course. It started back in 2013 with highly qualified and experienced faculty taking care of the academic needs of the students. This university only focuses on assignment and project so you will not get time for creating your portfolio work. My suggestion is don't go for VIT as it is not a good college for animation. Better go for other options.

No, it doesn't. You can take this degree from any of the colleges which are good in this. In fact, some private training institutes have got a very good reputation in animation and multimedia.

Animators are artists who draw cartoons and pictures which are used in multimedia productions to entertain, educate or persuade people. Animators use computers to create images, give them colour and use special effects to make a film.
