Firstly, if the refund is sought before the start of the academic session and if the institute is in a position to fill up the seat then the complete fees of INR 1000 charged as administrative expenses is refunded. Secondly if the refund is sought after the academic session has begun but the institute is still in a position to fill up this vacant seat then pro-rata fees is deducted and rest is refunded. Welingkar Mumbai conducts MBA admission in i.e., phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1 includes Profile Calls, which are not relevant in Phase 2. Therefore, aspirants with a strong academic profile (60% or above) should consider this an advantage for cracking a GDPI Call. These candidates can be CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT takers. Any pending scores can be updated later. The profile-based selection in Welingkar Mumbai offers direct admission to students based on their academic performance, rather than solely relying on standardized test scores, to decide whether to offer students an interview or admission.

The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) programme at Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies (GNIMS), Mumbai, require candidates to have completed their Higher Secondary/Intermediate (12th grade) from any recognised board. There are no specific subject requirements, so students from any stream can apply, provided they meet the basic qualification of passing the 12th grade. The selection process typically involves a Common Entrance Test (CET) like MAH-CET or a BCA-specific test as conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) for Maharashtra.
