Yes, as Candidates who have completed intermediate or Diploma in elementary education and graduation are eligible to apply for CTET.In case of candidates applying for the post of KVS PRT Music,  a valid CTET certificate issued by the CBSE on or before the last date of application is an essential eligibility criterion Any candidate having qualified B.Ed Programme recognised by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.

Only selected candidates will be called for the music practical exam for B.A. Music (Hons.) at Delhi University. The selection for the practical exam will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam. I don't think so, you will not get the music job in college. Mostly they will provide you the internship. If you will do good performance, then there is possibility to get the job in college.

For programs in music, universities may conduct practical exams or auditions in addition to written entrance exams to assess the candidates' practical skills and aptitude in the field. However, the specific requirements and format of practical exams, if any, would be determined by the college or university conducting the admissions.   So there are chances that there will be a practical exam in music at DRC, DU.
