If you have the following eligibility, you can get admission into it.
* MA Music Eligibility
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing MA.
Some of the very reputed universities and institutes demand a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct entrance examination to get admission to their MA.

No, you can't, the college would often demand subjects relevant to the course, and another condition would be that the subject should have a qualifying exam associated with it. But, there are exceptions. If you are sure about the above two then it would be fine. The acceptable subjects are often listed in the college website.
