No, you can't include both these subjects in your top 4 subjects as you can only choose only one optional subject in your top 4 marks evaluation.

No, you cannot include music and physical education in top 4 subjects for admission in BA (Hons.) in history at Zakir Husain Delhi College (evening).
For admission in this college, you need a minimum of 45% in 10+2 examination in top 4 subjects which include one language and three best elective subjects.
