There is a huge gap in your education unfortunately. But, don't get disheartened, because if you have passion for music, I would suggest you to go for a correspondence course in music from a Sangeet Sameeti Allahabad or Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh or Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.

In MDU, you get an option for full time MA music. This course is not available through correspondence.

It's really interesting that you have passion for music. It is never late to learn anything. If you have basic knowledge of this field, then well and well. But if you just do it for time pass, then you need to go very far in terms of learning.
Since you are already in your 20s and want to start with music learning, I suggest you search for a fine teacher and start taking classes. Make sure you are sincere and hardworking throughout your learning phase. It may take years to you, but be patient.
Do regular practice. You must have heard about people /artists who have given all their childhood time to music, 5 years, 10 years and more. Ac
