Music is a vast subject. You will have to be very clear with the field. Research on different styles. Like Hindustani, classical, etc. make sure what you want to learn. and Go as per that. Also keep in mind a degree in Music might give you job opportunities but frankly it wont help you to go on Stage. All the best.

Hi Inzmam,
You need to prioritize. What would make you happy? and also understand the facts.
A career in Music industry is challenging. Even after pursuing a course it might take time to establish yourself as a musician as there is tremendous competition. So if you want a profession in Music you should be ready for the initial struggle.
On the other hand as you mentioned you already have got a private medical college. So you can be sure of one thing that after successful completion of your course you can be assured of having a career that offers you a better stability. Yes, definitely you can. There is no such percentage criteria for BA music. L just want to add one thing. It is compulsory to take hostel. You cannot stay at your relatives place, even though it is near by.

Aah, syllabus for BA music? It's available in detail on the website of BHU. It's pretty detail and difficult to copy and paste here for all the three years. I would advise you to simply download it on your laptop for easy reference in future.
