No, MIT-Muzaffarpur is considered as a good college under BCECE. Its closing rank is high.

First of all, its Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology (MIT), the oldest college of engineering from Bihar. It is a state of art college in terms of education but not in placements. For this college, you have to be among top 1500 students of BCECE Mains Exam conducted by the state government of Bihar. Then after counselling, you will be alloted a seat.
