Most of the Indian Universities MBA Syllabus is more or less same as 60% of it is common as per AICTE norms and the freedom is limited. AICTE approved PGDM courses too offer the 60% contents same but have flexibility in adding or deleting depending certain topics should focus more on unique contents to gain edge over others.

NIE ECE boasts of 100% Placements. This is all thanks to the expertise of the lecturers. They impart valuable knowledge to the students. They also make sure one has a good number of projects before he leaves the college. I'm sure you're focusing on Placements. As long as you're above par, Placements shouldn't be a problem here.
