Both university are same. no difference at all. We began with MU and seats got filled.
Each university varies in terms of its syllabus, examination timings and issuance of final certificates. Otherwise go for bharathiar university.

I think you should opt for CSE at SIT Tumkur.But I will suggest you to have complete analysis for every branch online.
