Conduct Certificate Income Certificate Caste Certificate. 6-8 passport-sized photographs. Aadhaar card. Original documents to be verified at counselling levels. Intake: 1,200 distributed in 8 streams. Admission requirement-10+2 with at least 45%. Recommended subjects are Physics, mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology. There may be additional documents as well that may be asked to be submitted.
