Hi,
It really depends on your interests. If you like solving problems with technology, this is the best time to work in Nanotechnology. The science is mature enough that it can be applied to problems in many different fields, but it's young enough that there is still a plethora of work to do. If you like entrepreneurship, there are still opportunities to start companies and the companies have a much better chance of succeeding than they did 10 years ago. However, if you are interested in pure science and want to do fundamental work, that time is behind us.

You need to select paper of nanotechnology in GATE. Once you clear, then you are eligible for admission to Masters in nanotechnology.
