There are lots of opportunities in nanotechnology. Everything these days are getting simplified with the techniques of nano technology only. If you have interest in electronics, then you must go for b tech in nanotechnology. You will easily get placement in chip industries or can go for research as well. Best of luck.

Hello Amal Das, You have given list of all very interesting, the latest specialisations and asking for scope. Okay. Let me attempt. Astrophysics is comparatively old subject and it's scope is limited to research and hence if you are really fascinated & interested in research, you should not venture. Hey,
Fee structure and facilities-
The fee is feasible it would be 35k for every semester and JNTU fee will be around 10k and separately examination fee would be 1k Transport will be 12k per annum. This would likely be the fee structure of the college.

This is the latest emerging branch. Many IIT's are offering it. Few NITs like at Bhopal, Kurukshetra, Rourkela offer this branch for undergraduate studies.
