Yes, students can defenitely do BA-BEd Integrated course after Class 12 at Sai Nat University. The BA BEd integrated programme  is a four year undergraduate programme that combines a Bachelor of Education (B Ed) degree with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. The programme curriculum includes subjects such as English, History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology etc. in the field of education.

The minimum marks required in class 12th board to get admission in government colleges, if you score 120+ marks in NATA will vary from college to college. However, in general, you should aim for a score of at least 80% in your class 12th board exams. This will give you a good chance of getting admission to a good government college.
