Dear Ritika,
As per the link below, NATA qualified students not eligible for admission in B.Arch

But, then you can try for admission in Lovely Professional University. I saw on their website that they need either NATA or JEE Mains Paper II score for admission. You can check the link below for details

A minimum of 50% is needed in maths, physics and chemistry. He should take the supplementary exam if he does not have an average of 50% in all those 3 subjects put together to secure admission in architecture course.
Council of Architecture regulations states that only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level

First of all congratulations, with 106/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams and score of above 90% in your class 12th, you may have the slightest of the chances to surely secure admission in BMS College of Architecture. You will surely have good chances to secure admission in BMS School of Architecture, Yelahanka.

If you secure good marks in maths in compartment exam & get qualified in 2nd round of NATA exam, surely you will be eligible to secure admission to Architecture course. Good Luck.

Hi,
First of all congratulations, with 86/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams and 90% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country to Architecture course. College of Engineering Trivandrum would be a little difficult, but yes you can try some other good colleges. Government merit seats admission through KEA CET will happen once the regional exam authorities conduct counseling process in which based on ranks the seats will be allocated based on the student's choice. First round of counseling will start before the second NATA exam, but there will be another round of counseling done after the second NATA exam in which seats which are vacant can be chosen by the student. There will be no delay since the student who has got a seat in X college in first round counseling can always change to Y college in the second round if he or she improves the marks.
