It will be difficult for DY Patil, just because of your 12th marks, but definitely, you will get good colleges, just research for the college list and visit them before you join.

Depending on your 12th scores + NATA marks the ranks are allotted. Also which state ranking are you looking at?

You can register through internet by logging on to www.annauniv.edu/tne. The procedure for registration is available on the website. After filling the necessary details, you will need to appear for an entrance exam. The rank that you get in the entrance exam will determine whether you will be allotted a seat in the college or not, and that will be done through the counselling process. If you're eligible for the counselling process, you will be intimated by the university itself.

As your score is good in NATA and you scored a little bit good marks in board. So, you can get admission in this college.

But, it is quite difficult to get admission in top architecture colleges like JJ College of Architecture, CEPT Ahmedabad or MS University Baroda.
