Minimum score required in HSC is 50% in class 12 with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics , and a minimum score of 80/200 in NATA to get admission in Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE Madurai) for B.Arch. Regards.

Yes, you are eligible for admission to B.Arch from Sir J.J College of Architecture. Basic eligibility to qualify for this course is 50% in class 12 and 80/200 marks in NATA.
Selection parameter and weightages:
10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
NATA score - 50%
Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA). Regards

VIT B.Arch Admission 2018 will be done on the basis of the NATA exam. The architecture course would be of 5 years at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore Campus only. National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA is a national level examination to select the candidates for admission to the B.Arch programme in top institutes in India. Application form for VIT B.Arch Admission 2018 is expected to make available online from the second week of April 2018. The cut offs for the current year cannot be predicted, these are released only once the counselling is over. The cut offs are based on the number of seats and the number of B.Arch Colleges. However, you can make certain predictions as to what college you can get by comparing your cut off with the cut offs of various colleges from previous years.
The necessary criteria is to get at least 80 on 200 in your NATA exam and the rest 200 is based on the average of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths). So your final cut off would be out of 400.

Other eligibility criteria:
Qualifying marks for NATA-2017 would be based on the following rules:
1. At least 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
2. At least 25% must be secured in drawing portion (20 out of 80)
3. Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the council.
Candidate will not qualify in NATA-2017 unless (s) he/ she satisfies all three conditions mentioned above.

NATA score card is valid all across the country. But NATA is meant for government funded colleges. Valid for that particular academic year only. But there are whole lot of private colleges that accept NATA and give admission. That list can't be given here. Google it.

Eligibility (B.Arch)
The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into B.Arch. the student must be fulfilled the following conditions:
10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with compulsory subject of mathematics.
10th + 3 years diploma in any stream from a recognized university/ board/ institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture
