As per Council of Architecture (COA) admission guidelines, a candidate applying to any school / college of architecture in India should have achieved 40% score in NATA, i.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year B.Arch programme.
So, you have not qualified. I think the results for NATA are going to appear only on June 10th. So you need to wait.

Other than these, there is Chandigarh college of Architecture, Nirma University and similar government institutes that you can go for.

The Council of Architecture (COA) will declare the NATA 2017 result on June 10 2017. The website is www.nata.in
The NATA (national aptitude test in architecture ) exam is conducted for admission into B.Arch courses. You need to score at least 80/200 to get admission.

Other than these, you can apply for SPAs.

I can understand your concern and prayers. Unfortunately, even if you have good dreams, perhaps your efforts fell shirt a wee bit. Government college seems of a very slim chance.
