In recent years, the cutoff for B.Arch programs can fluctuate between 130 to 140 marks, depending on factors like the number of applicants and their respective scoresWith 120 marks in NATA, getting admission to the B.Arch program at Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies (PIADS), Nagpur, may be challenging. The minimum cutoff for NATA scores varies each year, and while 120 marks may meet the eligibility requirements, it might not be competitive enough for guaranteed admission, especially considering the overall ranking of condidate.

The minimum qualifying marks for the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) are set by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and vary slightly from year to year. However, the general guidelines for qualifying in NATA are as follows:Qualifying Marks (Overall Score):Candidates must score a minimum of 70 out of 200 marks in the NATA exam to qualify, regardless of category. This is the standard passing mark for each attempt of the exam.Separate Sectional Cut-offs:In addition to the overall score, the CoA may prescribe separate minimum qualifying marks for each section of the exam, such as mathematics, general aptitude, and drawing. While a NATA score of 90 is a strong score, the exact chances of admission can only be determined by comparing it against the current year's cutoff and admission requirements. For the most precise information, consulting NMIMS Mumbai directly is recommended

You should think about applying to a number of respectable B.Arch colleges in Hyderabad if you received 96 NATA points. Notable options include Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) and the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), both located in Hyderabad. Both universities are renowned for their top-notch architecture departments and buildings. In Hyderabad, you may also look into other private schools, making sure that they will support your academic and professional objectives.

Typically, applicants to the B.Arch program at D.Y. Patil School of Architecture must have passed the NATA with a qualifying score and received at least 50% in their 10+2 or comparable exams. Having obtained a 57% on your state board exams, you fulfil the prerequisites. But as admittance is difficult, your comparatively low NATA score of 81 may hurt your chances of getting a place. It is best to speak with the admissions office directly to discuss your particular situation and enquire about the likelihood of acceptance given the availability of seats and cutoff patterns.

It can be difficult to gain admission to the RNS School of Architecture with 120 NATA points. Although a score of 120 indicates a high aptitude for architecture, the cutoff varies according on the volume of applications and level of competition in a particular year. For information on your individual score and prospects of admission, it is advised that you review the RNS School of Architecture's past cutoffs and trends and get in touch with the admissions office.

The candidates must have a minimum mark of 140 in NATA exam to qualify for CEPT entrance examination. For undergraduate programs like the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), admission to CEPT University is determined by a mix of academic standing and results from entrance exams. Your percentage on the 12th standard board exam and your NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) result are often taken into account by CEPT University. If you achieve a score of 118 in NATA and 66% on your board exams, you might be able to get admitted, though this will depend on the amount of competition and the cutoff for that particular year.CEPT

120 - 150 is termed as a good score in NATA. MIT School of Architecture offers 80 seats in the first year of the B.Arch program.  There is no specific NATA score cutoff mentioned for admission to the B.Arch programme at MIT School of Architecture. NATA score of 130 should be sufficient for getting admission to the B.Arch programme at MIT School of Architecture, MIT ADT University, provided the candidate meets the other eligibility criteria.
