In case two or more candidates secure the same score in NATA 2023, then the tie breaking guidelines will be followed by the authorities. Higher preference will be given to those candidates who have secured higher marks in the qualifying 10+2th standard examination. Since there is no common counselling, the admission criteria will be different for every college and institute. Candidates are advised to check the admission guidelines for every college that they are applying carefully.

No. The authorities have not yet released any information regarding requests for review of the obtained NATA 2023 scores. However, in the previous years, the authorities had provided the facility to the candidates. In case the facility is opened for the current session, then the candidates will be required to fill a form with their personal details such as name, roll number, date of birth and more. A fee also has to be paid online for the review. The authorities will check the requests and make their decision accordingly. Candidates will be informed about the final decision on the review.

After the NATA 2023 result is announced, the candidates have two options. Firstly, if they are not satisfied with their obtained scores, then they can apply for the remaining sessions of NATA 2023. If the candidates are satisfied with their scores or there are not remaining examination sessions, then the candidates will have to start applying individually to their preferred Architecture colleges and institutes. It is to be noted that a common counselling process is not conducted in NATA. It is just an examination to make the candidates eligible for B.Arch admissions.

Candidates will be eligible to apply and attempt one or more sessions of NATA. In case a candidate appears for 2 tests, the best of the 2 scores shall be the valid score and in the case of more than 2 attempts, the valid score shall be the average of the best scores. All candidates will be required to mandatory qualify at least one session of NATA to be eligible for B.Arch admissions into the respective Architecture colleges and institutes. Candidates are advised to attempt as many sessions as they can to have a higher chance of securing good scores.
