Sorry to say but Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 70 out of 200 in order to pass the exam, with a score of 120-150 being a good score to gain admission into the premier BArch colleges. Now see, the passing marks won't help in getting into top colleges. If you want to get into a good college, you should set a target of scoring at least 120 marks out of 200.Also You didn't mentioned your home state. But for top architecture colleges you must score 80-90% in your board exams and a score of 100+ as your NATA score.

The applicants belonging to Maharashtra state with 140+ NATA scores and 95% in Class 12 have a chance of getting selected. For other students, a score of more than 100 and at least 85% in Class 12 will be required for selection. However, the final cutoff depends upon the NATA score recorded in the admission year, no. of students who applied, and seat intake. Read more about Sir JJ College of Architecture Cutoff here.
