The eligibility criteria of Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch course is given below.
Eligibility criteria for B. Arch. (Intake 120) : 50% in HSC examination or equivalent examination with 50% Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. 45% for reserved Category candidates from Maharashtra state only. Valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)conducted by Council of Architecture or JEE Paper - II.
So from above you are eligible for B.Arch course of the asked college.

The eligibility criteria of B.Arch courses of BMS College of Architecture is 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM and also 50% aggregate marks in 12th. Admission criteria :
1. CET Conducted by KEA
2. NATA
3. JEE Main Paper-2
Candidates seeking admission under NATA category shall obtain admission through the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K). So there is no need to write CET along with NATA for B.Arch admission. For more information log on to the COMEDK website: www.comedk.org.

Hi Harshitha, Yes you can get a seat in LPU. And also you qualify for 25% scholarship on programme fee for full duration. However you can still appear in LPU NEST and qualify it for improving your scholarship upto 35%. With the programme outcomes like:
