Minimum 90 percentile (1 lakh rank) is enough if you are from general category. For OBC category, (2019 cutoff rank)- 2.4 lakhs rank.

Application form is available in official website, and you must passed your 10+2 with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with anyone in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or any of the Technical Vocational subjects. And, also minimum marks at least 45% and selection will be done on the JEE Main entrance exam.

No, you can't take the admission in this course because the eligibility criteria for this course is that the candidate needs to have 50% marks in 10+2 examination.
