You need to crack CAT and CMAT, that too above 95 percentile and have to crack the interview too. Mostly in the interviews, they are going to ask about your experience and if it suits their college then you are surely in.

It depends on the bank you choose. In case is SBI, the hostel fee will be provided as part of the educational loan, provided you should submit the Bill for each month or Annual Bill to the respective branch.

The following information clears your doubt about the cut-off:
WAT/PI cut-off for PGDM admission (2016-18)
All applicants of the PG Diploma in Management (Banking and Financial Services).
Please note the following cut-off for WAT/PI:
CAT 2015:
73.00 percentile and above.
ATMA
(February 28, 2016 examination):
73.00 percentile and above.
CMAT (January 2016):
87 percentile (score 153) and above.
The final selection will be based on CAT/ATMA/CMAT score, academic performance and English writing test and performance in PI.
