The National Institute of Design (NID) Vijayawada accepts NID DAT scores for admission to B.Des. The minimum cutoff for B.Des in 2023 was 50 marks for the General category. The cutoff for three B.Des specializations, including Communication Design, Industrial Design, and Textile and Apparel Design, was 62.2. To be considered for admission, candidates must appear in both DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. A merit list is created for each category based on the results of DAT Prelims.
